The Philosophy
Basic to Montessori education is the idea that children’s physical, social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual development is interrelated.

On average our lead teachers have 10 to 12 years of experience
Our Goals
To assist the child in the task of self-development; to foster independence, self-confidence, self-discipline, mutual respect and creativity.
Connectivity
The student to teacher ratio does not exceed 12:1 in the primary classrooms and 7:1 in the toddler classroom.

Children learn best when competencies are fostered through repetitive, progressive and successful experiences, and failures are de-emphasized. The approach is self-paced, personalized, multi-sensory, activity-oriented and developmentally appropriate therefore addressing individual learning styles.
